William Allen Enterprises, Inc. appeals from an order granting summary judgment to Safeway Industries, Inc. and dismissing the complaint alleging breach of contract, breach of good faith and tortious interference. Allen claims the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because: (1) material facts are in dispute as to whether Safeway breached the contract by sending a termination notice; (2) Safeway breached its covenant of good faith; and (3) Safeway tortiously interfered with the agreement. Because the trial court did not err in granting summary judgment, we affirm.
